A shared sense of care
TATARI stays calm and welcoming because everyone who passes through treats it gently. These are the small agreements that keep the space clean, quiet and ready for whoever comes next, whether you arrive for a session or rent the room.
For everyone
Arrive gently
Come a few minutes early if you can and settle in without rushing. If you feel unwell or are running late, message me. I would rather rearrange than have you push through.
The booked time is your time
Your reservation begins the moment you step in and ends when you leave, including settling in, changing and a quiet moment afterward. If you would like longer, extend the booking in advance rather than staying over.
Quiet and privacy
This is a place for rest. Keep sound soft, respect anyone else’s session, and trust that whatever happens here stays between us.
If it is not right, say so
Comfort and consent always come first. You can pause or end a session at any moment, and if it did not feel right, you will not pay for it.
If you rent the room
Leave it as you found it
Return furniture, props and lighting to where they started. The space should look untouched for the next person.
Cleanliness is shared
Wipe down any surfaces you have used and take a moment to tidy.
Treat what is here kindly
Everything in the room was chosen with care. If something breaks, or was already amiss when you arrived, let me know as soon as you can (a photo by email helps), and we will sort a repair or replacement together.
Waste and plants
Empty a full bin into the containers outside; spare bags are in the drawer under the sink. The plants are already looked after, so there is no need to water them.
Bring your own extras
Basic consumables like oils, tea and paper towels are on me. If you’ll need a lot of them, please bring your own.
