Therapy
ASMR session
Gentle sounds, attentive presence and light touch for deep sensory relaxation.
What it is
ASMR stands for 'autonomous sensory meridian response': the tingling, deeply calm feeling some people get from soft sounds and gentle, close attention. This session recreates that on purpose.
Expect whispered or quiet sounds, slow deliberate movements, and light touch or near-touch designed to trigger that relaxation response. It's less about the body and more about letting a busy mind go quiet for a while.
What to expect
- A quiet, dimly lit room; sounds like soft tapping, brushing, whispering, or gentle props near the ears.
- We choose the sounds together; light touch only if you want it. Anything can be changed or stopped.
- It's normal to drift, feel sleepy, or get pleasant tingles; equally normal if ASMR doesn't click for you.
Who it’s for
Anyone who struggles to switch off, overthinks, or is simply curious about the sensation.
